Shipping

Orders are shipped the day following the purchase.  We try to offer free domestic shipping on most of our parts, however some parts do require a shipping charge. International buyers will be emailed after a purchase with a request for additional shipping funds. 

Return Policy

Refunds and Returns are accepted under most circumstances. However, there is no refund for items damaged by customer's misuse.  Also, there is no refund on apparel that has been washed or worn. Please click on our Contact section in order to request a refund or return. 

Privacy Policy

SF Vintage Cycle is committed to your privacy. The following notice explains the information we collect, how we use the information and how it is safeguarded.

What information is collected: Name, Billing Address, Phone Number, Email  and Credit Card/ Debit information.
How we use the information: The above information is used to fill orders and contact the purchaser if there are any issues. 
Security of your data: We do not give any information to any third parties. Your information is safely disposed of when necessary.

Shop/ Repair Policy

We stand by our work. If a recent repair we made has failed or you are unsatisfied with the work we performed, let us know and we will do our best to make it right. However, please remember that these are old machines and often times other problems can arise. In which case, we are not responsible.
